On May 20, 2017, a lecture on preventing and curing arthritis and thyroid diseases at Sun Yat-sen Lecture Service was given by Cai Xiaoyan, Head of Department of Rheumatology and Immunology, and Xu Bo, professor and Head of Department of thyroid, Guangzhou No.1 People’s Hospital, who were invited by Sun Yat-sen Library of Guangdong Province. The lecture interested many present, who were excited about doing wrist exercises and even made video record of the practice.
