(iv) "Heart-touching" Barrier-free Film (No.41): The New King of Comedy

It offers interpretations of barrier-free film the King of the New Comedy and chances for blind experience for those involved.  To help the disabled understand the artistic charm of the film, it goes as this: visually retarded readers enjoy the film by listening to the commentator's emotional explanation; readers with hearing impairment understand the plot and scene through subtitles and volunteer sign language; and ordinary readers wear blindfold to experience how people with visual impairment appreciate film and television through hearing.
